2.How to do if we get the broken package with the dispatch people?
When the items delivery to you,please check the items carefully before sign your name. When you check the items outside package is broken ,please reject and claim to the logistic company,if you know the items package broken and still sign and accept that, we can’t do that after-sales service for you because of shipment issue.
3.How to do with the leds broken or not work?
When you get the well packed items, please open the package first and test first before install on the cars or motorcycle, to check the light is normal working or not,if any leds not work,please send us photos or video first, we will do after-sales service for you,please don’t open a dispute first,thank you.
